        Key commitments: We do not collect face or facial biometric information. We do not use third-party artificial intelligence services. We do not share your personal information with third parties. All image processing happens locally on your device and is not uploaded or saved to the cloud.
      

This Privacy Policy explains how Xyrvel ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We designed Xyrvel as a local-first wristwatch styling tool. Your privacy is central to how the App works.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or recognize:

Face data or facial biometric identifiers
Voiceprints, retina scans, or other biometric templates
Precise location data for profiling or advertising
Contact lists, calendars, or unrelated device content

2. Photos and Local Processing

Your photos remain on your device. Photos you upload are used only for temporary on-device image generation processing and are not saved to the cloud.

Generated result images are stored locally on your device only. You may review, export, share, or delete them at any time from within the App.

All image processing is performed locally on your device. We do not upload your portraits or generated results to our servers or to the cloud for storage.

3. No Third-Party AI Services

Xyrvel does not use third-party artificial intelligence services to analyze your face, identify you, or process your personal images in the cloud. Image generation and editing workflows run on your device without sending your photos to external AI providers.

4. No Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, license, or share your personal information or image content with third parties for their own marketing or analytics purposes.

Limited exceptions may apply only where required by applicable law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you buy credits or a subscription, payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We receive purchase confirmation and entitlement status needed to unlock features. We do not receive your full payment card details.

6. Device Permissions

The App may request permissions only when needed, such as:

Photo Library / Camera: to let you choose or capture a portrait for styling
Photo Library (Add Only): to save generated images when you choose to export

You can manage permissions in your device settings at any time.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded source photos used for generation are kept only as temporary local working files needed to complete a render. Generated works remain in your local archive until you delete them. You can clear temporary files from the Desk screen.

8. Security

Because processing is local, your portraits and generated images stay within your device’s storage boundary under your control.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
